Four month ago, i bought a car in this dealer.At that time i bought 5 years warranty but after one month i went to the dealer and i cancelled the five years warranty. At that time the finance person told me "It will take 1 month".It was 3 months ago but i am still waiting. I don't get refund so far.when i call to the honda dealer, it is so hard to get wright person to talk.they put my phone on hold and after i wait 20-30 min they hang up the phone.i tried to talk with store manager many times but i never got chance.when i call to the honda finance service they told me that they didn't receive any cancel request.when i call to the dealer finance service they told me that we already sent the request, now we can not do anything.they told me that it was not my job. what kind of costumer service is this? What should i need to do?i don't want to lose my 1800 dollars. More
