After looking at a few Honda dealers in South Florida, I ended up going to Largo. Once I arrived, Brett was at the door and explained a little history about the dealer and put me in good hands with Victor. ended up going to Largo. That day I got my numbers and later that evening called Victor to put a deposit on a 23 HRV sport. Victor made me feel welcomed so I decided to take my mother a couple of days later to see him for another vehicle. Victor sat me with Jesus as he had more power of pricing and Brett had gone home. I noticed the numbers were off even though I explained to Jesus about the deal, he was not helpful and said this is the deal I got for you, take it or leave it. I was offended by the change in the price of the vehicle that already had a deposit and we had agreed on a deal. So I told Jesus, if I walk out of here, you will lose not one but two deals. He shrugged it off. Immediately after I left Victor called to find out what had happen. He said he would take care of it. The next day, he called back with Brett and took care of the situation. If it wasn't for Victor I wouldn't have done the deal. I waited for the HRV for a few weeks due to car shortages, but Victor consistently kept me up-to-date with the status of the vehicle, even on his days off. Thank you Victor for your amazing customer service! I highly recommend Largo Honda, as they provided me the best deal in South Florida. Lastly, Thank you Frank for making the financing portion effortlessly. More
