I do not live near the dealership so they brought my car to me which I appreciated. When I got the car home I realized the hood was damaged and poorly patched up and the driver's side front quarter panel h to me which I appreciated. When I got the car home I realized the hood was damaged and poorly patched up and the driver's side front quarter panel had a very half fast clearcoat job which I will need to have repainted. Had i known of these issues i would have not gotten the car but it's my problem now. The young man I dealt with was very nice. More

I had an appointment for an oil change at 11. I waited 3 hours because they forgot to do. I had to ask what happened. Just have a hard time sitting for so long. I came early at 7:00am and waited to be a walk-in and first in line. One woman was really kind and said Honda maintenance wouldn’t open for a while yet I was welcome to stay.
