Gracias por su tiempo, el carro lo lleve el 30 de junio y me lo entregaron el 7 de julio por la tarde, tenía ruidos al correr, golpes al arrancar, la ventana y manilla de la puerta detrás del conductor no funciona, manilla para abrir por dentro del pasajero está quebrada y el mismo día que la lleve me dijeron que eran los soportes del motor, les dije que si hicieran el trabajo, me comuniqué el lunes me dijeron que estaban revisando que era el problema de la puerta trasera, me llamaron el martes para decirme que había que cambiar un repuesto pero que había que ordenarlo, ya había pasado una semana y no quise esperar más, le dije que no, me dijo que lo llamara el miércoles por la mañana para entregarme el carro, estuve llamando y no me respondía, dejé mensajes de voz, les expliqué a las recepcionistas que necesitaba recoger mi auto y solo transferían la llamada, fue realmente frustrante y por la tarde respondió el teléfono el señor, recogí el auto seguio el ruido regresé a decirle y me dijo que no había tiempo para revisarlo que regresara al siguiente día, con la intención debo regresar, gracias por permitir expresar la experiencia.
