We apologize for your level of frustration. It is obvious in all of the negative reviews you have posted online. To recap the situation, we received a lead thru Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash offer from you. That lead had a purchase price listed that was committed to you. The program is very clear, hence; we do not understand your level of frustration. They give you an instant cash offer, you bring the car to the nearest KBB ICO facility and you are paid that price for the car. We are sorry that we could not raise that price point by $2500 more once you arrived at the dealership because of your payoff being that much higher and you demanding that we do so.. That was a surprise to us and respectfully not completely transparent on your end. Not sure why you would drive as far as you did, waste as much time as you stated you did, then get here and expect us to do $2500 more than what the price already offered was. It does not make any sense to us. Writing a dozen bad reviews about us and naming people personally is not a fair practice. We make every effort in providing transparency and providing our clients with the best experience possible. If you would like to review the proposal that Kelly Blue book instant cash offer presented you, and you understand that is the cash offer for your vehicle, we would be more than happy to bring you a check and come pick up your car providing the negative balance is handled accordingly.
