Service department did an outstanding job. Melissa provided a 5 star customer service. However, if they can be more accessible to customer, by answering their phone lines I asked the front desk provided a 5 star customer service. However, if they can be more accessible to customer, by answering their phone lines I asked the front desk staff to transfer me to service and she placed me hold without stating that she was placing me on hold and then left me on hold for a long extended time. I had to call back to be transfer to the service. The front desk staff needs to practice more professionalism. I been a customer of largo Honda for several years and I have purchased several vehicles as well, to be provided this type of service. More

I’d like to start by saying with respect to my service representative Melissa, She is very knowledgeable trustworthy and easy to work with. The only thing I’d like to add to this survey is on my previous visit the only complaint I have is with respect to the condition my vehicle was in when I picked it up, I know due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle spent almost a month waiting for parts, that I completely understand however the vehicle itself was an absolute mess dusty filthy inside and out, that was the only thing disappointing I can say, I compare this to South Motors Volkswagen and Kendall Toyota, I have two other cars and every time I pick them up from those dealerships they are delivered spotless inside and out, if you have any questions feel free to contact me I know you have all of my information regards Kenneth Rossi.
