Spent 8 hours waiting to find out the source of an oil leak....8 HOURS!!!! Completely unacceptable. Alain is a nice guy but it seemed like he was over his head with everything he had going on. He either leak....8 HOURS!!!! Completely unacceptable. Alain is a nice guy but it seemed like he was over his head with everything he had going on. He either needs an assistant or better organization. I must disclose that I did not have an appointment that day, but I was told to bring the car in immediately when I called referencing an extensive oil leak that just appeared shortly after other work was done on the car. The cost to fix all the things I was told was wrong completely floored me so I just bought the gasket to fix the spot of the biggest leak. Replaced the gasket myself in 30 minutes saving the $168.00 labor charge and so far, I've found no more oil leaking, makes me question the information I was initially given. Also makes me question why I was not informed of any leaks after an inspection was done following the previous repair work done just 1 1/2 weeks earlier. That repair i was charged a couple hundred dollars more than I was told it would cost but I didn't notice the increase until 2 days later because my fiance paid for the repair before I got the chance to look at the bill. I don't forsee myself return for anymore repairs. More
