Not very happy at all. Melissa a GREAT. She is very personable. It’s the service of my 2012 Honda the last time I was there. I had an ABS issue. I had my car towed to the dealership. Melissa jumped rig personable. It’s the service of my 2012 Honda the last time I was there. I had an ABS issue. I had my car towed to the dealership. Melissa jumped right on it as she always has. 8 hours later my car was ready. Melissa said my car had low voltage output and needed a new battery. I agreed and paid $230 for a new battery. I took my car across the street and had it washed and vacuumed. Before I was done the ABS issue returned. I went back across the street to the dealer. Melissa had left so I spoke to another advisor. He informed me that the mechanic who worked on my car was still there. They immediately took it back. Thirty minutes later after a few more test I was told that it was looking like it was the ABS Control Module. I was pissed. How the xxxx could you have my car for 8 hours and not figure that out. I bring my car back and in 30 minutes it’s not the battery. Now I ha e to bring my car back and have more test done because your xxxxed up. You inconvenience me by having to bring it back. You have no loaner cars for your xxxx up. That part is very expensive over $1,000 and labor don’t get me started on that. I go from a $230 battery to $,1500 dollars. Largo Honda you screwed up. But Melissa she’s a doll. More
