I called and was transferred to Nelson who helped me find the right car for my needs. He found me a car over the phone and was able to set up a time for me to arrive to take a look. Also good patience! Once I decided which car I wanted, Steve helped with the financing to help me drive out the same day. He then called me the next day to get me a better rate which I did not expect. Overall I had a nice experience and will probably be coming back again in the future.
