When buying or leasing a vehicle they are up-front with their fees and pricing, and they don't tack on all kinds of BS fees. They have always taken the time to go over everything and answer all my questions. They are very competitive with other South Florida dealers. The sales staff is a pleasure to deal with. Their service department is excellent. Again, they are very up-front with what your car needs, and they don't try to sell you services you don't need. The service staff is also a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and knowledgeable. Largo Honda has a lot of service specials on line, and don't worry if you don't have the coupons - just ask. Largo Honda is an exceptional dealership. I highly recommend them and wish I could give them more than five stars. More

Fast, Friendly, and Affordable My car shopping experience was truly hassle-free. I came loaded with tons of baggage: broken down vehicle to trade-in, limited knowledge about vehicle My car shopping experience was truly hassle-free. I came loaded with tons of baggage: broken down vehicle to trade-in, limited knowledge about vehicles, and children that were eager to run around after being on lockdown for weeks. The staff that I encountered were all pleasant, helpful, and thorough...while being mindful of social distancing and CDC guidelines. Paul attentively listened to my nonnegotiables. He was also mindful of my budget. He then patiently walked me through my options and gave me room to make my final decision. This took a few days and required that I contact him via text/email a few times. His responses were always prompt and detailed. When I worked with the finance department, Ms. Sanchez made my already positive experience multiply by 10. She was warm and welcoming. Ms. Sanchez went through my paperwork with a fine-toothed comb. She was meticulous. Additionally, she took the time to break everything down into terms that I could understand. She was understanding when my little boy became a bit rambunctious and she even provided sanitizer and wipes for my kiddos. When it was time to pick-up my new vehicle Paul gave me a tutorial regarding the various features in the vehicle...and believe me, I needed all the help that I could get. Overall, they made my experience a pleasure and I highly recommend them to anyone embarking on the hunt for a new (or used) vehicle. More
