Helpful and Friendly Salesman I recently replaced my Honda Accord with a Honda CRV. I went to the dealership two weeks before I decided on the CRV and was greeted by Paul Lozano. I recently replaced my Honda Accord with a Honda CRV. I went to the dealership two weeks before I decided on the CRV and was greeted by Paul Lozano. He was very knowledgeable on all the models and showed me their inventory until I narrowed it down to the CRV. No pressure and he understood that I needed to "do the numbers" before I was ready to buy. The following weeks I emailed and spoke with him until I decided on the color and trim. When I went back to the dealership I was ready to drive out with my new car. Paul had the car ready and paperwork started. It was a painless experience and I was very grateful for his patience and assistance. Sheena Sanchez did my paperwork and helped me decide a reasonable down payment so that I would be able to have the monthly payment I wanted. My experience was very pleasant thanks to them. More
