H I could not be more pleased with our experience buying a new 2019 Honda Passport. Our service advisor James Le connected us with Julio Casanova. He spoke with me by telephone to determine what vehicle we wanted. He was able to get us the Passport with AWD from another dealer. He was very attentive to detail. He explained all the features of the car and answered our questions. Mike Escobar in finance was great. It was wonderful to be greeted by Rick Lemaire upon our arrival. The whole experience was smooth and positive. Everyone went out of their way to make this sale happen. I will return again to buy another Honda from Largo Honda. More

Positive Experience This was my 2nd car purchase at Largo Honda in 2 years. My first purchase was almost two years earlier to the day. Salesman Antonio Ballesteros and This was my 2nd car purchase at Largo Honda in 2 years. My first purchase was almost two years earlier to the day. Salesman Antonio Ballesteros and manager Pete Cabrera were terrific to work with. It wasn't the best deal I ever negotiated, but June is typically not the month in which to secure the best deal. The purchase filled an immediate need at a price I could live with. I went back 6 months later to buy a second car. Mr. Ballesteros was gone. I dealt with a saleslady named Terry and a manager whose name I can't recall. It took only a few minutes to realize I was wasting my time. Here was a repeat customer - me - ready to buy and they were offering me MSRP on the prior year's model. Absurd! I already had a better price from an out-of-town dealer. I walked out. Given my second experience, why would we ever try this place again? In my case, the answer is location. As luck would have it, experience #3 would break the tie for the better. This last deal was like my 1st one. Internet manager Jorge Santiesteban attended to us (my son and I). I did my homework in advance and came prepared. This helped assure a smooth transaction that was to the point and did not waste anyone's time. Mr. Santiesteban added some helpful suggestions that guided us to the car we eventually purchased. Like the song says: "Two out of three ain't bad." That said, this was the type of experience that will bring me back to Largo Honda for a future purchase. More
