Comfortable Buying Experience! My wife and I were in the market to buy a minivan for our growing family and had our minds set on the Honda Odyssey. Buying new was out of the questi My wife and I were in the market to buy a minivan for our growing family and had our minds set on the Honda Odyssey. Buying new was out of the question, so we were looking around for a used, hopefully certified, Odyssey in our price range. We went to a number of dealerships and though the vans were fitting our budget, we weren’t feeling the interest from the sales people. And with such a large investment we wanted to make sure we were given the full attention from the person selling us our next car. We remembered an experience with Largo Honda in the past that was favorable and decided to give them a try again. Julio Casanova was my first point of contact and immediately he showed interest in my family. He tried to make sure we were all on the same page as to what we needed, how much we wanted to spend and the steps needed to get where we wanted to go. He took his time with us, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision on the spot. We exchanged a few texts after the initial vist. And the next day I went and scheduled a test drive and ended up purchasing a Honda Precertified Odyssey. I might have left a little money on the table, but my wife and I were happy during the process and that means a lot to us. Let’s consider that extra little cash I didn’t negotiate down a tip for the great service. More

He was not interes I gave it a 5 starts because Julio Casanova is one of the few people that still knows what customer service and professionalism is. He was not interested in a quick sale rather he wanted to help us. He spent a whole day working over the phone getting us a deal on a new truck. We have a baby and it was hard to just drive in like all dealers wanted us to do. He took the time to sort things out so when we showed up to the dealer is was pretty much sign and drive.
