LITERALLY NO SHARKS My Toyota Camry lease w/South Dade Toyota was coming to an end in about 3weeks...I never truly felt like I got the best deal with them as we agreed to My Toyota Camry lease w/South Dade Toyota was coming to an end in about 3weeks...I never truly felt like I got the best deal with them as we agreed to one thing & then once I got in with finance it was plus this, plus that, etc. When I went in to discuss renewing my lease w/them it was the same circle of bs, them talking in circles, telling me what I saw online wasn't the case, never being able to give me THE NUMBERS right away, making me wait for hours, as a woman I just felt like I was swimming w/sharks and left. My mom told me to try Honda (I had originally gone to Toyota b/c I hated the last body of the Accords, prior to this recent 18'/19' change). I'm from Miami and Largo Honda has ALWAYS had the best reputation, so we made the drive. NO JOKE, they called Julio to the front & I was very forth coming with him, I said "Listen, this is the deal, I've got a Toyota waiting for me at this price, either meet it or beat, I'm really not trying to be here all day" (if you can tell, I was totally OFF the whole car dealership experience & was NOT in the mood for bs. He immediately replied, "Thanks for being so honest, lmc what I can do". He returned with a printed out DETAILED breakdown of the numbers (something Toyota NEVER did, even when I asked. I always felt like I was in a calculus class w/them w/trick questions). Julio took the time to break EVERYTHING DOWN TO ME in terms I could understand. We went over pricing options, loyalty programs, etc. At one point, when he walked away I said to my mom "I really like the vibe here, I literally feel like there are no sharks" to which she replied "Hello, that's there motto silly!". I hadn't even realized. I say all of that to say, their slogan is FACT! I feel confident in my choice, happy with my decision and as long as they don't go back to that fugly shaped model of the last one, they've got a Honda customer for many years to come. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to ANY/EVERYONE, I'm very happy!!! More

Even the lovely woman from the cafeteria is welcoming. I went to Largo Honda today just to see what some options were and get a feel for what I might want my next car to be. I didn’t have a car in mind just knew a Honda would be nice and last me a while. I also remember how friendly the staff were previously. I had a salesman by the name of Gil show me around car after car, color after color, 2 door cars to 4 door cars until we find one that had exactly what I was looking for. Oh and somethings I didn’t know were available but we’re very important to have to ensure my family and my safety. He found me a car that fit in my life style instead of pushing me into something I didn’t want. The experience was not a hassle nor did I feel obligated to purchase. I felt over satisfied.
