Given my age I was buying what I consider to be my last car and I wanted to make sure I had one with all the bells & whistles. Paul Lozano was very patient and pointed out all the great features and made sure I understood how they worked. Also the color was a real deal breaker for me and Paul went to great lengths to make the beautiful burgundy color Honda CR-V mine. Steve is great in the finance department made me feel very comfortable and expedited all those papers as quickly as possible. Phone order I found a vehicle I wanted. I called the finance manager and a she gave me a lease payment including the payoff of my old lease. No money out of poc I found a vehicle I wanted. I leased a 2015 Honda Civic , the car was amazing; great gas mileage, low maintenance and good entry level creature comforts. Fast forward to July 2018, I released with Paul’s help yet again and I’m happy with my experience and my new 2018 Honda Civic EXT is pretty nifty. Largo Honda is lucky to have such a genuine sales person on their team, Paul is by far the only sales person I trust going to. He's not pushy, he's very knowledgeable and he understands your wants and needs in a vehicle. 10/10 will lease again. More
