There were several opportunities for them to interject the typical sales tactics/games (during pricing, hidden dealer fees, or financing) but they NEVER did. I was dreading the purchase of a car but they made it as painless as possible. My family also had this same positive buying experience there. The service for maintaining the car has been outstanding, Melissa is my go to person for any maintenance questions or appointments. Since starting my lease in 2016, Paul Lozano has been most helpful. He is a pleasure to work with, he is thorough with making an appointments and letting the customer know all the details of purchasing or leasing a car.
