I have done business with this dealership for I a I'm happy to write a review regarding my new car purchase of my 2018 Honda Pilot from Largo Honda. I have done business with this dealership for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. I have to comment specifically on Johnathan Santella, our salesman. He was awesome, not pushy, very informative and overall just a nice guy to deal with for this purchase. He even returned on his day off to seal the deal for our convenience being that we are from Key West and only in the area 2 days to make the purchase. He found the vehicle I wanted and is even going to deliver it to us after the trim packages are added to the vehicle by Honda. That's what I call service. I also have to comment on Sheena Sanchez. What a great lady and how nice to deal with as well. She knows her job inside and out and it shows. She explained everything regarding the financing, the costs, the breakdown and not once was pushy about buying extra coverages. She only wanted us to know our options and be aware of anything we were declining. She loves her job and it truly shows. She told us her history with the company and why she loves her job so much and it was very nice to hear. So our overall experience with this dealership once again was a 10 and we will continue to support and give them our business because they treat you like family and it means a lot.
