I know what I should pay for the car I know what other people have paid, I also know the price of every accessory and where I can get it cheaper. I also don't appreciate the games such as you pulling out your wallet and making a show of you paying for an add on when I know you will never! I also don't appreciate the tale of oh that's service it's the same dealership one hand washes the other. I never leave a dealer totally satisfied not feeling like I got ripped off on something and this one was no different. Just because you have something that I and other people want doesn't give you the right to make an excessive profit! More

We had bought a car there one year ago and the experience was great. Ms. Terry Rogers, sales consultant helped us and she was unbelievable. She was patient, professional and understanding. My sister-in-law bought a used Honda Accord and when it was time for the down payment she realized she had forgot her checkbook. The dealership was about to close and Terry Rogers followed her home so she could take the car that night and not have to return the next day. Once again, Largo Honda came through. The whole process was very smooth, no pressure, including the business office. We will be back when we are in need of another Honda. More

Tried many dealerships I had been shopping around for a specific Honda Civic. My first stop took me to a dealership in Pompano, FL. This was a 45 min drive from my house dow I had been shopping around for a specific Honda Civic. My first stop took me to a dealership in Pompano, FL. This was a 45 min drive from my house down in South Miami. Upon arrival, I was shown a car that already had 500 miles on it, and this had not been told to me over the phone. Was very disappointed in management not stepping out of the office to discuss this issue with me. My second stop took me to a Honda dealership in Pembroke Pines. I also called this location before driving over, and was assured multiple times that the specific car I was interested in was in stock and available for purchase. Once I arrived, I was very disappointed to be told that whomever I had spoken to must have been a new hire, because they misinformed me on what they actually had available. Last I contacted Largo Honda. This dealership was very helpful with the purchase of my previous Honda civic. Once again I was taken care of, and very pleased by the service. Julio Casanova was all smiles, very kind, had an answer to all my questions, and made sure that the process of purchasing the new car went as smooth as possible. I love my new Honda Civic, and wish I had saved some time by just going to Largo Honda in the first place. More
