What a great experience I leased my last Honda (civic) three years ago. I decided to come back because I really loved my car. This time....I leased a Honda (accord) & so fa I leased my last Honda (civic) three years ago. I decided to come back because I really loved my car. This time....I leased a Honda (accord) & so far I love it. I was very impressed with my salesman Paul Lozano, he did such a great job. He has the "patience of a saint", trust me when I say....he was so great. I came from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to meet with Paul, because he had been recommended by my brother. Low & behold...the day I arrived to meet with Paul, my brother & my father drove up from the Florida Keys to assist me with the leasing process. Not only did Paul have to deal with pleasing me, he had the capability of making all of us comfortable & eager to please all of us at the same time. There is a lot to be said, pleasing all of us at the same time! I came back the following day to return two sets of keys from my previous lease. Paul greeted my outside...as if he was waiting for me. He was aware I was coming, but again....he rolled out the red carpet - again. He showed me a few things in my new car, that I was unaware of. It is so nice to have a new car & know how to use it. The light had been left in the car earlier in the day, so Victor delivered it to our house the following day so that they could put a new battery, and give us the car washed and with a full tank of gas.
