He was very kind, informative about everything from financing to the vehicle's. He worked swiftly and proactively to get me the car I desired with awesome financing. I really understood their motto "no sharks" because unlike the other dealers I visited the main goal was to help me make a purchase that would make me happy. There was no fast talking, sneaky attemps to get me to sign paperwork before test driving a vehicle like I experience the same day at another dealership . Great Car Buying Experience Before going to Largo Honda, I had already picked out the car in their inventory that I wanted. When I got there, I was warmly greeted by Paul Lozano Before going to Largo Honda, I had already picked out the car in their inventory that I wanted. When I got there, I was warmly greeted by Paul Lozano and after brief introductions, he took us up to see the car. I liked the fact that he was very knowledgeable about the car. He explained all the features thoroughly and then we took a test drive. At no time did I feel any pressure. We settled on a reasonable price and filled out all the paperwork. Usually I feel very anxious when buying a new car, but throughout the whole process I felt at ease. The dealership had a very relaxed atmosphere, possibly a holdover when they were located in the Keys. A nice touch is that there has been very good follow-up to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Overall it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend both Paul Lozano and Largo Honda. More
