BAIT AND SWITCH Dealer supposedly matched another competitors price. Saying how great their service was etc. Well when it cam time to do the deal sales person claims Dealer supposedly matched another competitors price. Saying how great their service was etc. Well when it cam time to do the deal sales person claims owner "killed the deal" wanted $ 600 more than originally agreed to. Also their website is horrible, they "lost my email replys" and lost my financing application. Do yourself a favor ignore this dealer. More

After finding the car we liked Jose sat down with us and after a few minutes of discussing what was important to us, he delivered on what he promised and came back with the numbers we discussed. Needless to say, the service they provided was excellent. Three days later I called Terry and advised her that the car we purchased was not as comfortable as I had hoped and that I wanted a different one. I thought I was being a bother but to my surprise, the next morning she was expecting me with some cars lined up for me to test drive. Jose also reassured me that they would work with me to find a car I liked. Once again, we received exceptional service. We were in a hurry that day and Terry even helped wiping down the car after it was detailed so that we can make it on time to our event. She exceeded my expectations and delivered excellent customer service. Let it not go unnoticed that BOTH times, Sheena helped us with our extended warranty options and GAP insurance. I have never received such thorough explanations and honest recommendations. This woman is a jewel! These 3 folks: Terry, Jose, and Sheena definitely made a difference in my car shopping experience. But my salesman Antonio went out of his way to look for an affordable car even though he was my salesman and got her and me something amazing in the price range we wanted we both drove off the lot the same day, he always called and email us to update gave us different options to look at and even ran up the entire garage to find my wife something in her price range. Sheena finance help us in every type of way to get us a car we loved with the best price I recommend everyone go to her the best finance I every delt with. Another problem with Paul he gave my wife two finance people first Sheena then another man I believe Steve W. which I didn't understand because there was different prices for both.
