My experience: I had done a lot of research on used Honda Fits in the region and saw that Largo Honda had a car that was the best combination of trim and price available locally. I took care to arrive right as the dealership opened on a Saturday and was pleased to be greeted by Paul Lozano as soon as I entered the showroom. He guided me through the test drive and proved knowledgeable on Honda Fits - and when he didn't know details about that specific used car, he found one of his colleagues who did. I was soon confident that I had found a car worth buying, so we moved to his desk to negotiate. He was professional and fair throughout the process - as was sales manager Peter Cabrera, who was brought over for the final stages of the negotiation. (Tips: Know your options in advance, ask for clarifications whenever you need them, be firm, push for the package that you want and know that you can always walk away.) Once we agreed on a price on the car and the trade-in (Thanks to Tim Turton for assessing my trade-in), I was then introduced to Sheena Sanchez in Finance. She walked me through my options with good humor and ran through multiple scenarios with me so that I'd fully understand the various costs associated with the options - and with choosing a warranty. (I did not take the extended warranty but I was comfortable with the dealership's financing packages offered and chose the best available rate through Capital One.) In the end, the whole process took about 5 hours and I left with a great car at a price that I was happy with. The Largo Honda team was a good partner in this process. They were friendly and focused on being professional and on building an opportunity for a good relationship - and they also have been very good about follow-up communications afterward. Very satisfied with knowledge of vehicle by sales agent.
