We had an excellent experience and felt very comfortable. Tony Ruiz was our salesman. He was outstanding. Right from the start he told us about the policy of Largo Honda to only sell pre-owned vehicles that Tony Ruiz was our salesman. He was outstanding. Right from the start he told us about the policy of Largo Honda to only sell pre-owned vehicles that were "owner" sold to the dealership and not an auction item. He also explained about how they sincerely back all sales, new and pre-owned. We weren't sure what we wanted or if we wanted new or pre-owned. Tony showed us a number of cars and explained pros and cons of each. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do but I will say that Tony did make the whole experience enjoyable. Santos was our finance person. Unfortunately the experience with him was not a good one at all. We almost left and shopped elsewhere. Had it not been for Tony coming into his office when we were ready to leave, we would not have gone ahead with the sale. There was no explaining or showing us the numbers! I asked him a couple times to try restructuring the finance with my name first instead of my son but he never would. I just wanted to see if the percentage rate would come down. I bought a 2011 Lincoln about a year ago and got 1.9% interest rate as my credit is excellent. Not only did I never get that answer he started just telling us what the monthly payment was without telling us what the numbers were....when I asked to see the numbers there was the bumper to bumper extended warranty added and the gap insurance which I had already told him I didn't want. That's when we were going to leave. We finally got it straightened out after Tony came back in and I was semi comfortable with the numbers. When we proof read the information and I explained we had to include the PO Box somewhere as we don't have mail service where we live he told me to text him in 10 days and he would text me back the account number and I could then go online and change it. He said don't call me as I won't call you back because I get to busy.....really? I found that NOT customer friendly. I did speak with Tony about this when we returned the next day to pick up the car and he recommended letting management know. More
