I’m losing confidence. A year ago I brought in my ‘95 T100 ‘cause it failed an emissions test. The idle speed was too high. They didn’t fix the idle problem & said the truck was too old for an emission test! A local garage diagnosed & fixed the idle. The truck then passed. Last week I took my 2012 FJ in for an oil change & to replace the 8 year old Toyota battery. At check in they recorded the mileage as 29235 instead of 49235 and entered battery service instead of battery replacement. The tech cleaned the battery terminals without paying any attention to the embossed date code. They didn’t reset the clock or compass. They left the WS wiper fluid near empty. They tried to sell me a $265 ultrasonic rodent repeller. They said a dirty cabin air filter could cause the engine to burn up! I just got a notice saying it was time for a 5K service appt. More

They got us in the same day and fixed our newly lifted truck. The alignment was off along with a bunch of sensors and they fixed it. I highly recommend going to them with your Toyota. truck. I think it provides the service expected from a dealership. Staff is courteous, but not always accessable. There are automated options to obtain information and schedule service. These automated options are not always operating at 100 percent and could be more user friendly. All in all I would say they are above average, but not exceptional. Definitely, the service waiting area needs a couple selfservice Expresso/latte machines to stand out above a pot'o coffee with some powdered creamer. More
