Dealership send excessive amount of reminders (5 emails, 1 text, and 1 phone call) for schedule appointment: Sale representative emailed and texted about wanting to "buy" my vehicle; ridiculous, and schedul 1 text, and 1 phone call) for schedule appointment: Sale representative emailed and texted about wanting to "buy" my vehicle; ridiculous, and scheduler allowed me to schedule an appointment at 700 am however technician was scheduled for 830 without notifying me; there was a reason I did not buy my Jeep from Larry H Miller on the eastside and choose Mark Casa on the westside. Disappointed in Larry H Miller On the positive side Trent Paisley and the other individuals at the service division were outstanding and phenomenal. They notified me immediately at the confusion with the technician schedule however the technician arrived early that day and was able to get me in and out without complications Trent kept me apprised of the status the entire time. More
