I was able to browse the inventory upon my arrival at my pace. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. Wrote a review on 11/21 and received 2 "canned" messages saying they would get back to me. One message on 11/23 and another on 11/25. This is 10 days later (12/6) and still no word. I am pretty sure it is j saying they would get back to me. One message on 11/23 and another on 11/25. This is 10 days later (12/6) and still no word. I am pretty sure it is just a coincidence that for years everything went well at that dealership but has gone downhill since a new General Manager came on board a few years ago. Yes, I am sure it is probably just a coincidence. I will contact Larry Miller Corporate again and see if they respond this time. More

Invoice stated about my concern of a noise on front end. Tech stated that the upper control arm is bad and rubber is torn. I was never told this. on the tech notes it says I declined repair. Was left in dark for 12 hours. Then When I picked up car after 7pm the next day. Was told by TJ, all was repaired or nothing to worry about till next service. They never did check the brakes at the 30 k mile service. This service is 23 miles from my house, I will try another one close to me next time. More
