One of the worst appointments I’ve ever experienced by a mechanic/car dealership!! The only one that would compare was last years visit at the same dealership!! After making an appointment in advance, they had my car for two full days and didn’t touch it! But gave me a $3000 estimate! Complete lack of integrity. No phone calls to keep us abreast with what was going on…I had to call at 4:30 on second day to try to get a progress report. I did finally speak with a service mgr who seemed to be a quality guy with real interest in my experience!!! Over all, beside him, the entire experience was shameful!! More

One of the worst service departments. Come in for a recall, they did an inspection and claim I needed an alignment even though I just did one a week prior. If you’re dropping a vehicle off for service, you may want to actually sit and wait so they fix it in a timely fashion. More
