Took my Ram in for service, had an intermittent check engine light. The service advisor Nicholas came right out and checked what it was before it went away again. Then he was able to get the work complet engine light. The service advisor Nicholas came right out and checked what it was before it went away again. Then he was able to get the work completed way faster than I thought it could be done. Great experience! More

Took car in on Thursday for an issue service writer Jordan gave me rough estimate of $2500 told him that was fine. Then got a text saying estimate was wrong and it was $4100 texted and called left voic Jordan gave me rough estimate of $2500 told him that was fine. Then got a text saying estimate was wrong and it was $4100 texted and called left voice mail around 1pm asking for explanation Got no answer, Friday no response. Denied services and Saturday went and picked up my car. TJ didn't charge for diagnostic because that was never explained to me, I appreciated that. More
