There were some issues in the beginning replacing a mirror that malfunctioned and was denied by my warranty company. Totally covered under our extended warranty. Took vehicle in for Covered Warranty Repair. I had to contact Kyle to updates. Communication was poor. He did not keep me informed unless I reached out. Honestly, my recent experience was not the best. The assigned service advisor, was not present throughout my interaction with the service department. That same service advisor was also the one to return my keys after service. The advisor that was present should be credited with the service that was provided.
