Dealer has been good to me up until recently. I took my truck in for service. I don’t have my truck washed ever, due to a ceramic coating on my paint. The dealer unfortunately washed my truck and I took my truck in for service. I don’t have my truck washed ever, due to a ceramic coating on my paint. The dealer unfortunately washed my truck and the service manager essentially told me it was my fault. The notes to wash my truck were in past services, and I had a do not wash rear view mirror hangar on. Service manager still told me to essentially xxxx off. Pretty disappointed, if this doesn’t get fixed Larry H Miller most likely lost me as a customer. More

There were some issues in the beginning replacing a mirror that malfunctioned and was denied by my warranty company. Totally covered under our extended warranty. My Service Adviser stayed on top of th mirror that malfunctioned and was denied by my warranty company. Totally covered under our extended warranty. My Service Adviser stayed on top of things with the warranty company and the mirror has now been fixed. I'm very happy with Larry Miller Dodge. And my Service Adviser Nikolas was very polite and professional in every way !!! I will refer to Larry Miller in the future. More

Took vehicle in for Covered Warranty Repair. I had to contact Kyle to updates. Communication was poor. He did not keep me informed unless I reached out. We ended up being without the vehicle for I had to contact Kyle to updates. Communication was poor. He did not keep me informed unless I reached out.
