I took my 2023 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack in for an oil change. The oil change went well. There were two other issues that needed attention. When trying to schedule an appointment I was told I would need t change. The oil change went well. There were two other issues that needed attention. When trying to schedule an appointment I was told I would need to leave my car for up to two days to run diagnostics. My car is a daily driver. There was no offer of a loaner. It doesn’t take two days to run diagnostics. This will be my one and only Dodge. More

Larry miller needs to train Their personal I took my wagoneer for an oil change and 2 recalls at 7:30 am was my appointment and I mentioned Christian that my back seat got latch if they can looked at it wagoneer for an oil change and 2 recalls at 7:30 am was my appointment and I mentioned Christian that my back seat got latch if they can looked at it and he didn’t do the recalls or check on the back seat it took him 7 hours just for an oil change that’s ridiculous not Happy with Larry miller More

The person taking care of my car and me was too distracted as i tried to ask about some other car issues. He was more worried about my checkin than my issues. He asked if i wanted a free car wash i distracted as i tried to ask about some other car issues. He was more worried about my checkin than my issues. He asked if i wanted a free car wash i said yes but when i got my car back the drivers window was very smeared that i could not see driving back home with the sun glaring on it. Also my paperwork i felt was missing the numbers for things like the tread on my tires. More
