Took my car for my prepaid oil changes first time they didn't change my oil just washed it that happened at the Avondale dealer so I decided to go to the one off of the 303. After the oil change Thomas st didn't change my oil just washed it that happened at the Avondale dealer so I decided to go to the one off of the 303. After the oil change Thomas stated that the previous person that did the oil change didn't torque the oil filter so that's the reason they leaked oil all over my power steering , radiator , and oil all over my headers , they decided to do a under wash just to charge me for what they did , which was drop oil all over my engine bay . For the money you pay and the time they take with your car your better off just doing your own oil change. More

Dealership had vehicle for seven weeks finally performed Repairs picked up vehicle vehicle was covered In grease prints Windshield repair was not completed. My truck has been running like absolute garbage since I got it back from “Repairs”. I actually had a terrible encounter with their finance department. Thought about trading it in because of the issues. So got it back from “Repairs”. I actually had a terrible encounter with their finance department. Thought about trading it in because of the issues. So bad that I wrote a 1 star review. Well my truck WAS getting 22.5mpgs emissions intact, I get the truck back and it’s getting 17.4mps, loses boost on takeoff, smells like an electrical fire on a cold start and the dead pedal is insanely worse.. I call the manager Jesus Garate to clear up the first issue and let him know about this.. He isn’t there but Kyle answered and when I very calmly started explaining what was wrong with the truck he pretended he lost signal and hung up on me. I called back several times and was screened and sent to voicemail. I go out to inspect to see if anything is out of place and I notice the shiny new parts.. but the defuser tube that you have to take off.. TO GET TO the new part wasn’t cleaned.. A brand new EGR cooler and you shove a dirty defuser tube in it. Then I look over at my air filter that is clogged and it’s RED. I use S&B’s BLUE oil, so I am not even sure who’s air filter this is. Something is extremely wrong here especially with the way the dealership is avoiding me. This seems like a classic case of retaliation of a bad review. More

Very good but said cabin filter was bad yet i just put a new one in 2 weeks ago. Found out they never looked at it. Other than that oil change was perfect new one in 2 weeks ago. Found out they never looked at it. Other than that oil change was perfect More
