Day and night if I had a question he would reply back and answer any questions I had. This is my second time purchasing a car with Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Surprise and it won’t be the last time. I have never bought a car and had the sales guy check in after . With Sean he has reached out checking in with how things are with the car . He definitely goes above and beyond . Totally disappointed! Made a service "Appointment" on Thursday for the following Tuesday, they couldn't "get me in" Until then. (the passenger side window had fallen into the door) What the heck was the "appointment" for? Why didn't they just tell me you no longer need nor want my business. Oh wait! they just did! More

I had a nice conversation with Marshall Clark (General Manager) and I have to say, he made everything right and apologized for the how this whole issue was handled. Again I am sorry as well as I never meant to bring any disservice or negative light to the dealership as this was to be my dealership, I have a great relationship with my salesperson (Patrick Howland) Now I am happy to say I have started and will continue to build my relationship with Larry H Miller, Surprise, Az. Thank You to Marshall Clark! Because of Mr. Clarks handling of this, when it was brought to his attention I am back to Larry H Miller being my dealership for all my Jeep services and Jeep needs. So in short, I was wrong to put this negative review up, as Larry H Miller is a very large Automotive dealership network, and mistakes and mishaps are bound to happen, but Mr Clark believes as I do, this should never had occurred and I believe he is doing everything in his power to see this does not happen again. I always receive great service from this dealership. I'm a Chrysler retiree and I have my corporate lease vechicle delivered to this dealership and this time my Jeep was damaged in transit. Colin McEuen I'm a Chrysler retiree and I have my corporate lease vechicle delivered to this dealership and this time my Jeep was damaged in transit. Colin McEuen has been exceptional to work with in trying to get the vehicle fixed, the parts are still on backorder but Colin has tried everthing he could and the communication with me has been much appreciated. Good Afternoon, I tried the dealership for the first time since recently moving to AZ. I explained to the service advisor I would like to use some of my 22,000 jeep points for my service. I was told absolu since recently moving to AZ. I explained to the service advisor I would like to use some of my 22,000 jeep points for my service. I was told absolutely, After the service was completed I was asked for the credit card and I asked again about using my Jeep points. A different service advisor stated it is a customer program. I showed both advisors the website for my jeep card states to request the service manager or sales manager to assist with the points. The 2nd service advisor gave the 1st advisor a phone number to call. 20 minutes later they both came up and stated the points could not be used because they missed the call center by 2 minutes. I stated, take my information, (they had already run my credit card and then reversed the charges once) and get it resolved on Monday. The 2nd advisor with the beard stated they could not do it. I asked why not you can just give me another refund on Monday after you sort out the points issue. The 2nd advisor stated refunds are only given on the day of the service. The 2nd advisor was quick to let us know, if we didn't like it, we could leave our jeep and come back Monday. Not really an experience anyone should have to go through. Judd, I would like for you to look into this and figure out 1. why was this not addressed on Saturday, especially since it was made clear upfront the points were to be used. 2. Why does Service Advisor 2 (short guy with Beard and red shirt on Saturday) think it is ok to speak to customers in this manner. 3. Educate the employees. These points are a great retention tool to help drive business to your store. Why make the customer jump through hoops? More
