I know it's not ideal to have to go to upper management to complain about an experience, but boy am I glad I did. Marshall went above and beyond to make it right for me. He was thorough, diligent, and quic to complain about an experience, but boy am I glad I did. Marshall went above and beyond to make it right for me. He was thorough, diligent, and quick to. He did more than what I even asked for. I think what stood out most is how creative he was for a solution and how accountable he was. He took responsibility for actions that were technically not his personal fault, but rather the fault of his 1st level employees. He didn't point fingers, he accepted responsibility as if he made the errors himself. It reflects his leadership style and I'm incredibly grateful. I was about to give up on Larry H Miller . But thanks to Marshall and his leadership team, I'll be back to buy another car! More
