"Horrible Customer Service from Service Dept."

I bought my brand new Hellcat from this dealership and it is my daily driver. It is SIX months old and I needed help and immediate service on Friday at 5pm and when I called I was told they could see me in two weeks. It was a safety issue to drive it home from work that night let alone drive around for two weeks! When I explained that to the girl on the phone, her answer was, “Sorry, we are a high-volume dealership and very busy.” When I asked to speak to the service manager her answer was then, “The service manager will tell you the same thing and he wont get you in any sooner.” Horrible customer service. This is not the only time. I have called before on smaller issues and am always sent to someone’s voicemail and then I never receive a return call. I will NEVER buy another car there which is too bad as the sales and finance team were great. Unfortunately its the service team that you are stuck with for years after the purchase. Chapman Dodge not only helped me after I limped my car in at Friday at 5pm, but took care of it in less than 24 hours AND gave me a free rental. Chapman Dodge for the WIN! I wish I could talk the sales and finance people into moving to Chapman because Carlos, Vicki, and Arnie were an amazing team to buy from.

"Amazing All-around Service and Sales!!!"

My experience was a unique one from the beginning. My family and I were on a road trip from CA to FL in my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan when the check check engine light came on just before Phoenix. I spotted Larry H Miller Dodge from the freeway and my husband quickly exited. We pulled into the service area where we were met by Donny. We explained our situation and how we were miles from home, on our way to my parents 50th wedding anniversary in FL. I had purchased the lifetime warranty and Donny, having seen the panic in my face, quickly put me at ease by explaining the process they needed to go through and he'd do everything he could to get us on the road again. Then Donny saw the lengthy service record for my van asked if we had considered looking into a new car and introduced us to Raul in sales. Raul was the BEST! He was very patient while taking me on multiple test drives until we found one I liked. By then, Donny was able to have someone look at our van, it wasn't good news and we would be delayed getting to FL! A very long story shorter.....Donny and Raul were AMAZING! I'm now in Biloxi, MS and will make it to FL in time for the party! And I'll be arriving in style in my new 2018 Journey!!!

The 2019 Ram was Amazing brakes were very good! Very comfortable, Nice sound!!!!!! Would recommend it to friends and family as well, the Long horn was a Great truck overall

"Above and beyond"

I showed at the dealership without an appointment as my car started barely running when I was out with errands. I worked with Todd Makin (service manager) and Tim Swan was assigned as my advisor. Both Todd and Tim far exceeded my expectations with explaining what was going on and assisting with getting my car up and running in a timely manner. "Fuel Pump Repair"

I left my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 for a "evap" leak on Wednesday October 11,2016 . The service advisor Jake Thomason took my vehicle in. Friday came around without an update, contacted the service department to speak with a receptionist. She transferred me over to my advisor but it just went to voicemail. Left jake a voicemail to return my call the earliest possible. Around dinner time I called back without a response. Saturday morning name to conclude without a call back from jake. Decided to contact Service department again without any luck. Decided to request a manager, got transferred to a dead end voicemail. I called back Sunday to leave a complaint with the receptionist whom sent out an email to a gm in the service manager her name was chassidy. Pretty much told me someone will receive it Monday and will look into it. I decided to contact Monday evening to conclude my advisor was off. Tuesday morning I was able to contact the advisor to request some sort of vehicle to get to and back from work only to tell me my truck would definitely be ready today! Writing this at 4:42 Pm on Tuesday since my car won't be ready till Wednesday morning. Thanks a lot for the hassle and missing work

"Poor service office leads to wasted time for busy people"

We bought our vehicle here. That experience was decent. Regularly scheduled maintenance has also been decent. But the last few times we have had a mechanical issue, the service advisor office has not been as good as the mechanics. We had a check k engine light come on during the morning commute on Thursday. We called that morning and we're told to come in on the following Monday at 9am. When arrived on Monday, we're told that the appointment had been for Thursday, 90 mins after our call. That doesn't make a lot of sense for someone who called from their desk after a morning commute. The service office personnel were not helpful in offering a solution, after we had rearranged scheduled to make the Monday appointment. Their whole orientation was toward getting me out of their office, not finding a solution for the mix-up. The actual mechanics are just fine at this dealership. But the poor service office is bad enough to make it not worth it. There are better choices. We will be finding another alternative.

Mr. Messina. All would have been well if your employees did not try to hide their mistake by lying. And, you failed to return several phone calls that my husband and I left for you. You have not tried to solve anything. I am left with taking our car back to your dealership, who I do not trust, to make this repair using coupons. Outrageous! I also had to write a complaint to your corporate office just to receive coupons. Incidentally, I have also filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and AZ Attorney Generals Office over this unbelievable treatment and disregard for the truth. It is so unbelievable that you would even suggest that I call you. You are ill-equipped to be in the position of General Manager.

"Worst experience ever!!!"

Don't know where to even start. Stay AWAY! From Larry H Miller and JACOB WHITE! The worst service writer. I got a survey in my email, filled it out. Mopar called me and seem to act like they where concerned about my issues. I took my truck into Avondale Larry H Miller and everything when south. One of my issues was my brakes, only the front right side squeaked, intermittent. They didn't even remove my wheel to inspect the brake system , I could see all the brake dust when I picked up my truck and my wheel nut key was still in the hidden spot I put it in. Jacob Whites answer was that "You have ceramic brake pads and they are rough ,When ever the brakes squeak just to slam on them and do a emergency brake stop" My second issue was that my steering wheel is starting to get wrinkles on the Leather. Jacob White told me that the Service Manager wouldn't fight for Mopar to cover it under warranty since I didn't buy the truck at Larry H Miller. When Jacob White submitted my pictures of the steering wheel he used his cell phone. I've worked for Lexus and Honda and now work for a bus dealership and everyone uses a digital camera so they can take a clear picture. When Mopar asked Jacob White the position of the wrinkles he lied and told them the location was 2 and 10 o clock and seem to be normal wear and tear. My truck is under a year old with around 11,000 miles when I took it in. I have pictures that prove the wrinkles are at 12 o clock but Mopar took Jacobs say. I regret buying a Mopar simply because the horrible customer service.
