I bought my brand new Hellcat from this dealership and it is my daily driver. It is SIX months old and I needed help and immediate service on Friday at 5pm and when I called I was told they could see me in two weeks. It was a safety issue to drive it home from work that night let alone drive around for two weeks! When I explained that to the girl on the phone, her answer was, “Sorry, we are a high-volume dealership and very busy.” When I asked to speak to the service manager her answer was then, “The service manager will tell you the same thing and he wont get you in any sooner.” Horrible customer service. This is not the only time. I have called before on smaller issues and am always sent to someone’s voicemail and then I never receive a return call. I will NEVER buy another car there which is too bad as the sales and finance team were great. Unfortunately its the service team that you are stuck with for years after the purchase. Chapman Dodge not only helped me after I limped my car in at Friday at 5pm, but took care of it in less than 24 hours AND gave me a free rental. Chapman Dodge for the WIN! I wish I could talk the sales and finance people into moving to Chapman because Carlos, Vicki, and Arnie were an amazing team to buy from.
