I pulled into this dealership with an urgent matter. I was traveling from Corpus Christi TX to Santa Rosa CA to pick up my grandchildren when my head lamps stopped working. My partner went two weeks without her car due to the incompetence of LHM and Juan, who rarely communicated statuses and took at least 24 hours to respond to inquiries. LHM never offered a rental while the car was in the shop for two weeks. This was the second time she’d taken her car in for a repair (the first time went swimmingly). In addition to the terrible communication, she was slapped with an $1100 bill for what amounted to a battery change and some small wiring because LHM misdiagnosed the problem and proceeded to replace the same, not-problematic part, twice. $200 for the battery. $900 for labor replacing it and connecting some wires. What a joke of a service department. More
