On July 27th, I took my Dodge Dart in because it was overheating. The temperature gauge was rating at 70% or higher in some cases. I explained to them the problem. I got a Uber home. I was at my home al overheating. The temperature gauge was rating at 70% or higher in some cases. I explained to them the problem. I got a Uber home. I was at my home all that day without a car. My car stayed overnight because "want to hold it overnight and start again in the morning to give it a thorough check over. We will drive it and see if we can recreate the problem." They drove it on July 28th and closed out the ticked because they could not find or recreate the issue. Then they charged me $130 for the diagnostic even though I have an extended warranty. I pay the charge and I don't even get it home when the temp gauge again reads 75%+ coming off the freeway! I take a pic of the gauge and text my service tech again. He asked if I could bring it back. I asked for a loaner or rental and he could not guarantee me that I would get one. I had to work the next day through Monday, so I replied that I would not be able to return the car until Tuesday unless he could get me a loaner or authorize a rental. Which he could not. Fast forward to Tuesday. Now, I have explained to my Service Tech that the engine would get to 50% heat or higher within 30 sec of leaving my garage. I only live 3 miles away from work and not too worried about the heat problem. I turn my car back into LHM again at 7am, Tue, Aug 7. Tech was late and got a sub. Again, I explained the situation. I did not get a call back until 2pm from the tech I work with, explaining again they could not find the problem. I told them to just go ahead and replace the temp sensor, check the hoses and pump and perform a coolant flush (by now the coolant was weak and had a burnt smell). They performed the maintenance, kept the car (again) overnight, and returned the car to me with a charge of $230! xxx??!! ($100 detectable for the temp sensor and the rest was for a coolant flush). Mind you I have "wall to wall" extended coverage on my vehicle and with a ZERO co-pay. In my mind, they could have given me the car back, no charge because of their bungling of the issue. NOPE. Jim Click Dodge, here I come. TO EVERYONE THAT I KNOW. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Go their Facebook page and read the endless poor performance postings.🤬 More

The customer service i received today was not acceptable. I came in with a electrical issue and I was pretty much told to just deal with it. Not only that but i was told i couldnt get a complimentary ride so I came in with a electrical issue and I was pretty much told to just deal with it. Not only that but i was told i couldnt get a complimentary ride somewhere because it was To Expensive. 😡 I can definitely say i am never coming back to Larry H Miller for Service. More

Prompt service. Vehicle was ready before I left for the day. Gave me recommendations for my vehicle. Would recommend service department. Communication Lacking Although I told internet salesman I was coming to see car, he was not available when I arrived to see the car, and the car was not there. We agreed to purchase the car, but it needed warranty work before we could pick it up. Never sure whether to work with original salesman or sub. Continued delay due to parts issue understandable and OK, but zero communication was frustrating. More
