My experience was not great, to say the least. A specific "advisor" was rude and unhelpful. After 1 1/2 hours, I was told that the car would be done in 10 minutes. Over 20 minutes later I went up to check on "advisor" was rude and unhelpful. After 1 1/2 hours, I was told that the car would be done in 10 minutes. Over 20 minutes later I went up to check on it, and my advisor was complacent about it taking longer, though I had already warned them I had another appointment I needed to be at and they had assured me the car would be done in time. Then, I asked him about a complaint I had brought up while checking in the car and instead of trying to see if that issue would even be covered in my warranty (which, I bought the car less than 6 months ago and this issue had been there since purchase), he told me in a condescending manner that I was wrong and this was just normal wear and tear. First of all, it was an issue that has happened more than once a week, and was not brought to my attention before purchase. Though, the car had been in your care for quite some time, so there is no doubt in my mind that the issue was apparent before I bought it. Instead, he tried to sell me on a different service at extra cost to me to fix this problem. When I was not interested in this option and just simply asked if I could have my car back, he treated me as if I was dumb and said in not too kind of wording that I would just have to wait more. The person next to him took the initiative to actually go into the service area and expedite the service, which was all I was hoping for. Secondly, I paid ahead of time for the 3 services of the same kind, but I do not know if I'll be back to use the rest of them. More
