Richard and the rest of the staff were very nice and accomodating, but the prices were AWFUL! I went in for a standard 50k mile check-up and the labor/parts to perform the standard 15 point inspection accomodating, but the prices were AWFUL! I went in for a standard 50k mile check-up and the labor/parts to perform the standard 15 point inspection was $215!! I change my own oil and air filter, so I didn't even have them do that for me.....probably would have cost me more. I was already in for $215 and declined the remainder of work they suggested. That would have put me up to $450-$500 total. I called another private local Honda Certified repair shop (that has been given rave reviews by severals friends and co-workers of mine) and they quoted me $200 for ALL parts and labor.....even the stuff that the dealer had already done. Long story short.....I had an extremely poor experience with the service shop at Larry H Miller (formerly "Downtown Honda" back when I had purchased my vehicle from there) and have not brought my vehicle back since. The downtown location is closer to my work so I thought that with new ownership I would give them one more shot. Extremely disappointed that their prices were not at least competitive. More
I absolutely loved the experience taht I had at this dealership. I needed to trade in my 1999 Ford Taurus for something newer, and I felt so comfortable while I was shopping. I was offered a very acceptable price for my trade in, and the Suzuki SX4 that I bought was marked down in price. I checked Kelly Blue Book, and the price for the car I bought was right on the money! I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of. Plus, the extended warranty that I got on the car is well worth the money; it covers almost anything that could go wrong with a car! More

To purchase a car from Larry H. Miller was simple, straight forward and honest. My wife and I walked out with a new Honda Pilot. Excited about the SUV but more importantly excited about how we were treated by the dealership and Jim Lantz. Larry H. Miller has a no commission based structure. Jim presented what we would get for our trade in, which compared to all my research. The price for the Pilot was right with all the search engines recommendation for a fair value purchase price. Very little negotiating for both automobiles. It was awesome. We have owned the pilot for almost three months and have been contacted numerous times to see how we like the Pilot, do we have any operating questions, and so forth. We have been so impressed that anyone who ask how do you like your Pilot? We say "We love it, and go see Jim at Larry H. Miller, they will treat you right." More
I first called to see if Honda would do an oil change for a Nisson Maxima. I had a Civic for years and always liked DT Honda and their service so thought I would try and see if they could still help me. Yes! a Nisson Maxima. I was greeted by Steve Miller who has welcomed me to your service dept for years. He is so friendly and personable. Almost the reason to come to DT Honda to have that kind of greeting. I said I had a squealling belt and if they could look at it as well do the oil change. I got a call back that they could fix the belt for me which needed replacing. He told me the timing and price which I felt was very reasonable. I was so relieved to have the belt changed and oil done. Plus your pricing for the oil change is much better than a certain competitor plus I received a nice clean car. Thank you DT Honda for taking a competitors car in. I am 33 years old with 3 kids and I am a car guy and I knew what I wanted. Chris helped me get excatly that. I went in looking at a MDX or a Pilot. The whole car buying experience usually makes me not want to buy a new car but we were in and out without the kids going crazy tearing up the place and my wife saying that's enough lets go home! So I have to say buying my new to me MDX was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I was fairly certain that I wanted an Accord when I went to the dealership. When I entered the showroom Shaun was there to help me and answer questions when I had them. He gave me space to examine the cars to the dealership. When I entered the showroom Shaun was there to help me and answer questions when I had them. He gave me space to examine the cars at my own pace and was not aggressively selling the cars. I really appreciate that. When I had questions about the Accord he answered the questions I asked and gave clear answers. When I was ready to see and hear about the other features of the car Shaun was ready to present that information. I really don't like high pressure sales techniques and have walked out of dealerships that tried to use thaose methods to try to sell me a car. I think that how Shaun treated me as a customer was just right for me. More
Wife goes in for a simple oil change on a Honda van. Leaves with a $225 bill. Was told she needed a 30k service and did not understand the implication of what the total bill would be. Was told that they ran out of time for all of the service or it would have been in the $400 plus range. Come on... $81.88 for changing the cabin air filter, a 5 minute job that I had just done a couple of months before for $20. It's the last money that this dealership will see from me. More
Brought in 06 Ridgeline for a routine 30K service-- Specific basic tasks, inspections and fluid replacements. All items performed for this service are on a check off list. There were no unexpected findings,problems or issues. Yet, my invoiced amount was $85 more than the quoted $450--19.8% more. If they perform this 30K service on all Hondas, they should have a pretty firm grasp of what this should cost. I really believe that when I dropped my Ridgeline (and was again quoted $450), then when I also presented a 10% off any service coupon--they made up their minds that they would recoup their 10% and then some. Will continue to support Honda--a great product--will never again support this dealership. More
We were looking for a car and could not have been happier with the assistance we got. Scott was WONDERFUL and took us for a test drive of a couple of different cars. We love the car, appreciate the feedback and help we still get to this day. We have and will continue to recommend the services to friends and co-workers.
