My wife and I have been putting off buying a new car mainly because we hate dealing with the sales people. We called the Larry Miller dealership and we’re lucky to get Marisa to help us. She answered all of our questions and pointed our all the features of the various Genesis GV80 models without any pressure or sales gimmicks. This was certainly not the first new car we’ve purchased but it was by far the easiest and best experience we’ve ever had and we have Marisa to thank. My 2022 Genesis GV80 is 8 months old. The vehicle is stalling while driving. Imagine losing power while driving your vehicle in traffic with your family in the vehicle. Miller Genesis, they were able to replicate the issue "three times", according to the Service Department. But because no "error code" or "trouble code" was generated, they returned the vehicle to me. The Service Department offered that other GV80 owners were having a similar issue. I made multiple contact attempts to Management at Larry H Miller Genesis (Rick Trinkl, Robert Smith) without response in order to get their Service Department to take this matter seriously. I contacted Genesis Corporate and got a response. Genesis Corporate spoke to a person in the Larry H. Miller Genesis Service Department who said that they were NOT able to duplicate the issue. Hmm. So I sent my Invoice to Genesis Corporate as the invoice documented that the Service Department stated that they were able to replicate the issue. Genesis Corporate has been dealing with the retailer on my behalf in order to get this serious matter resolved. I’m very disappointed in the poor level of service from this dealership and their lack of care related to this serious matter. More

This was my first visit to this dealer. I had an appointment to buy my G80 out of lease. We arrived early for our appointment but Marisa who walked us throug the initial paperwork, then I had an appointment to buy my G80 out of lease. He jad all papers ready. We completed the purchase. We left in less than two hours, owing our G80 freshly washed, serviced, and vacuumed. Everyone was helpful, informed, and pleasant. I expect to continue my relatuinship with LH Miller indefinitely. More

Wanted to jot a quick review which I rarely do unless I've had a bad experience. But the dealership was very friendly, met my needs and was gracious to do so. Most of all, in these times, I Have to sa I've had a bad experience. But the dealership was very friendly, met my needs and was gracious to do so. Most of all, in these times, I Have to say they are a DEALERship and NOT a STEALERship. they are among the few that believe in doing business the same in good times and in bad - meaning no inflated market adjustment fee that most dealerships are charging just becuase they can rip customers off in the times we are in. Congrats to LHM Genesis for staying true to the customer rather than gouging us as most have done. My business will never support those who have opted to take that approach. Thanks to Dakota for many questions answered and time, and Vonn for delivery knowledge and closing the deal. And also to Nick for the backend processing.
