Ashleigh did a great job for us. first of all, i had scheduled our appt at 8:40, my bad, I meant 9:40. She was attentive and took the time when our GV80 was ready to have it cooled (temps today 110). I've seen some of the critical comments here and these people need to get a life. We put down a deposit for our new 2023 GV80 and Pat Bria kept in touch with us on when it would arrive. It did actual arrive a bit earlier than first estimated, which was a pleasant surprise! We picked up new GV80 on 6/22/22 and started to take it home, but after stopping for lunch, my husband noticed some damage under the front bumper. We called and spoke to Pat about the issue and it was decided that we would return the vehicle and swap it out for an identical one that had, luckily, just arrived and was not spoken for already. Pat made sure that when we arrived the next morning that everything went smoothly and quickly, which was such a blessing, since we were needing to leave town and did so directly from the dealership. Having to redo all of the paperwork, license, etc. in such a short time and make the turnaround smooth and efficient was commendable, to say the least! There was mention of checking into how/where the damage occurred and making sure that it doesn't happen again, so they are trying to correct any issue in that system. We left as happy, satisfied customers! Thanks again, Pat Bria, Robert Smith, and everyone who helped get us on the road and out of town on my husband's birthday. You turned a negative into a positive experience for us. More
Jordan and Dshon helped close a lease buyout on my 2019 Genesis G80! They were both fantastic!! I was IN and OUT in and hour or so! They got me locked in on a low interest rate and low car payment!! First of all the service coordinator Ashley is always in a rush. I do understand she works with multiple customers but atleast you have to wait and hear all the issues reported by customer. I had to request her to wait and tell her there is one more issue so please wait. Also there was lot of confusion on booking by Lyft ride back home. Twice incorrect address was added and the driver took me to different address. I had to request him to move to dealership again twice to correct the address. Coming to the problem, I was hearing a rattling noise on the left side of my instrument panel when the car was ON. So I had to leave my car to the dealership to be looked on. I was told by the service men that the noise was caused by tennis xxxxx cage which is on my trunk when the car is running. It sounded ridiculous as I was able to hear the noise even when car was idle and I figured out myself it happens when the brake pedal was pressed. I am going to set up an appointment again to get it fixed. So overall the diagnosis was not done properly. More
My whole experience was extremely positive. I contacted them through email first, and I got a quick reply. Von was very helpful in showing and explaining the features of the car to me. I worked with Hunter for the rest of my deal, and he was also very knowledgeable and friendly. My final stop was with Renee, who did the financing and paperwork. She was a delight and one of the nicest and funniest people that I have encountered. All in all, a 10+ experience! More
This is not the first time I have been disappointed with LM Genesis service. I have decided it’s best to travel further out to get what CS should look like. First, I don’t like being called ‘dear’ in a condescending manner Ashleigh uses. And, when you ask her a question she PRETENDS she doesn’t know what you’re talking about so you have to repeat. My vehicle we rifled thru snd my new crucifix broken…tires not rotated, error message left on screen, had to return after hand off to get it corrected, no conversation about the details of vehicle, no conversation about car wash or any Genesis service offered to owner. Considering a newer model but NOT from LM! I sm disappointed! More
