Because of a rebate on the sencet I needed to know how long it would even take plus an oil change and he recommend brake fluid replacement. So trusted him & had it done. He was gentle but kind and some happy when he came back in 2 hrs. Or so done & said my Sencer was ok & rest done. Honda has a good employee in Dave as my experience was great. Thanks More
I scheduled an appointment to get my two cars serviced, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! Both vehicles were taken care of for a recall related to steering that needed greasing, as well as a and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! I arrived at 8 AM, and within just a couple of hours, both cars were ready to go. They even offered me a loaner car while the work was being done, which was a nice touch. Although this isn’t the closest Honda dealership to me, I always choose to come here because they consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service. More
LHM service told me my brake fluid looked like maple syrup. I had it flushed 9 months earlier. I told them to leave it and I took it back to the place and the fluid was clear! I was told $99. 95 for an alignment. Simple procedure. Great. I was told this price three separate times. I went in for the appointment and they were done within an h 95 for an alignment. I ask how is that possible, when it is $99.95 plus tax? I was told there are miscellaneous fees for “shop materials”. What shop materials? The only thing needed for an alignment is a wrench and the alignment machine. Classic dishonest dealership. I was given my receipt, but no alignment post-work print out. So I ask for one. It look 10+ minutes to get a piece of paper that should have been included by default. Ok, whatever. The sheet says my rear tires are out of alignment, yet they are exactly as they are from the factory. All Passports come with 2deg negative camber, from the factory. I kindly ask about this, why the machine says they are out of alignment? I am told “the alignment machine does not account for a load on the suspension.” If that’s the case, why are the front tires fully within spec while hanging on the lift? This makes no sense. More
