Based on my most recent visit. ..I booked a service appointment on your website about seven hours in advance. I expected only a few slots left since I was scheduling so late. To my ..I booked a service appointment on your website about seven hours in advance. I expected only a few slots left since I was scheduling so late. To my surprise, slots were available all day long, from 7 am about every 15 or 30 minutes. I always expect an hour wait. Dave was very nice, but said they were backed up and the wait would be closer to an hour and a half. After close to two hours , I texted him for an ETA. He said come on over, he was preparing my invoice. Apparently they hadn't even started on my truck after an hour and a half, and Dave told them to just do a quick check of everything. I mentioned, well maybe it would be better to do the normal thorough check and I'll just wait longer. He said they looked and didn't see any red flags. So I left feeling I didn't get the normal outstanding service that I usually receive. I didn't get the included car wash, either, and Dave apologized for that. He was great and did the best he could with your onslaught of customers. My request is that you limit the open spots for appointments, and move those that have an appointment to the front of the line. Well, behind the last person that had an earlier appointment.
