I had an appointment at 11:30AM on a Saturday. I wanted to get an oil change with a tire rotation. They told me that my car had a re-call. They said if they had the part, they could fix it. If not I wanted to get an oil change with a tire rotation. They told me that my car had a re-call. They said if they had the part, they could fix it. If not, they would order one for me. They told me they would keep me updated. After doing the inspection of my car, they asked me if I wanted a few more things done to my car. They changed more engine and air filter. I knew it was going to take a few hours and was prepared to leave my car there for the day. They were closing for the day and my car still wasn’t done. I had no communication of my car all day. I texted the number they gave me, and still no response. I called the service department an hour before closure, said they were still working on it. Estimated time of completion was between 4:44-5pm. I waited in the waiting area for an additional 30 minutes. I had no idea that it would take 6 hours to complete. The customer service was mediocre. More
