Poor service experience. Quoted 1 hour (8:45am) didn’t leave until 10:45am. No communication between service advisor through service process. I got into my car and the cabin air filter and glovebox were on the floor. While I understand LHM uses a texting system with clients, I was never approached asking “did you see the info we sent you? Your car could use some items” or something like that. Through my entire communication with Jaz he was on his phone with an insurance claim, so clearly attention was elsewhere. When I left, all I got was “come back and see me next time bro, I’ll take care of you.” Really? I truly do think LHM Honda is a great business as I’ve been going for some time now. Maybe this experience was just a flop, but not sure. Please get back to me with your thoughts. More

Seyyed (Rafi) was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked up to the dealership. I knew what I was looking for, and he got me into a car for a test drive right away while answering all of my question I walked up to the dealership. He worked with me to get exactly what I needed. It ended up being a bit longer of a day than I expected (nearly 5 hours!) but he kept me informed on the process and made sure I was comfortable. Serghei helped me navigate things in the financial department and he was also very helpful and friendly. I felt cared for and taken care of during the whole experience. More
