Long Check-In Time I made an appointment for an oil change the day before. When I got there, it was a 25 minute wait until I was able to check-in. My experience was really FUN! I went in for the airbag replacement and Kenny was kind and knowledgeable and helped me with checking the oil and another problem. I was only in the waiting room for an hour, reading USA Today and eating popcorn and there was an array of drink choices.
