They don’t always use common sense. I had to get them to check an alignment (check only) after they admitted the one by the door malfunctions in the morning sun. For the prices, they should be more detailed. I also took the car in at 7:30am (scheduled appointment) and asked for an update at least by 1pm. The inspection wasn’t completed until 1:30pm. I had to get a rental car due to the delay. Car wasn’t ready until 3pm. More
