I needed to have the lights in the running boards repaired. I also had a problem with the engine hesitating when starting up from a stop. This was checked and they found no problem. Just got a reminder to schedule a diagnostic service which I didn’t know I needed. My truck is new and only has 2200 miles on it. Don’t understand why this service was not mentioned when I picked up my truck.. is this something that is covered under the warranty? Confusing!! More
I scheduled an oil change online with questions about a previous repair that they had done about 6 months ago. My car didn't seem to have the power as I thought it did, but they drove it and said that the previous repair that they had done about 6 months ago. They recommended air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacementOil leak transfer case house o rings seal from transmission, CVT Transmission fluid. I waited 3 1/2 hours, text message about recommendations were confusing, (I wanted to actually talk to a person, and glad I understand text messaging through mechanic communications, and eventually checked because I hadn't heard.) Very confusing. Once I got to talk to a person, it only took 30 minutes. Recommendation better communication to customers--who was my representative, explain how communication will work while there, and who to see if their are recommendations. Technology is good, but person to person communication is a good followup to let customers know what is happening. Thank you! Mary More
