My service tech located a contractor who came over to the dealership and performed the necessary repairs on my built-in speaker upholstery. The process seemed to take for ever (we had a new guy do the paper work and I understand you guys where slammed... so it is what it is). When we got to the car, it was dusty and I wiped away some of the dust... not that big of a deal. We got charged for door guards that we would have installed our selves for half the price. They would not budge on $75... kind of annoying when you are spending about $38,000. but all in all we got the exact car we wanted. Thanks. More

We purchased our 2011 Pilot brand new from LHM Honda and have taken it there for all service and maintenance work from day one. They do the job correctly the first time and their prices are reasonable. More
