I drove from Tucson to Peoria initially to save the market adjustment, but also because I had many questions answered by Edgar Garay online. When I got there early (even though I had an appointment for noon) on a Friday, I met with Marisa Balderaz and she helped me immensely. I had already made my mind up to purchase the Tucson, but she made me feel more at ease about my dealership experience. It was quite a bit different from when I bought my 2006 Impala here in Tucson since they are a non commission dealership. I was in and out in about an hour and left happy. More
I was given an appointment for an oil change along with reminders to be prompt. I arrived at 10:20 am for my 10:40 am Appointment and was told there was a “2 hour” wait! At 2:15pm my car was ready, a 3 reminders to be prompt. I arrived at 10:20 am for my 10:40 am Appointment and was told there was a “2 hour” wait! At 2:15pm my car was ready, a 3+ hours wait for an oil change!? I complained to Dirk Dunham in Service Dept. who expressed how sorry he was along with several reasons why the wait/delay could not be avoided and that there were a great number of customers before me!!! I asked “why an appointment” if so many were allowed prior to my time and why was I not informed about possibility of longer waiting when making appointment ???? For all the PR that LM puts out I expected more! Poorly managed - no common sense “!!!!!!!!?????? I am 1/2 hr. from home, am 80 years old, had no one to help me and fuel cost at $4.55 gal. Plus I missed an appointment I had at 2pm. More
