Went in for 7500 mi. service and they wanted to put a synthetic blend oil in the new . I think this is real bad , kind of like the old bate and switch. Chris was absolutely wonderful; he had the patience to explain all the details /differences between the Tucson SE and SEL to me. He didn't blink an eye when I found I was looking at wrong year and wante explain all the details /differences between the Tucson SE and SEL to me. I felt awful for taking up so much time. I actually only came in to "start" looking at vehicles- never thought I would be going home in one.
