We also found the same attitude and customer service from D’Shon Warren Finance Manager. They both gave us information and advice without all the high pressure we have felt in our past experiences at other dealerships. The only thing I can qualify as bad was the customer service that the man in the finance department gave me; When not wanting to buy the GAP insurance, he was hostil and angry. Everything was great. Mark knows how to provide good customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing I wished they did better was washing the cars.
